01The problem

Discovery is broken, and not because consultants are bad at it.

Every transformation starts with discovery: workshops, notes, and a report that lands months later, half stale on arrival.

The bottleneck is the format. No human team can interview thirty stakeholders in parallel, analyse while they work, or verify a claim in real time.

Agentic Discovery inverts that. Interviews, analysis and synthesis run together, from day one.

02How it works

One pipeline, running continuously.

Six specialised agents, each with one job. Three run the pipeline; three support it.

  1. Setup

    Research

Scaffolds the engagement from your documents and context.

  2. Interview

    Scout

Talks to every stakeholder, on their schedule, on their channel.

  3. Analyse

    Lens

Builds live service blueprints as responses arrive.

  4. Synthesise

    Arc

Turns findings into a ranked, evidence-linked roadmap.

  5. Deliver

    Pulse + Forge

Keep operators steering and deliverables sharp.

03The agent team

Six agents, one engagement.

Each has a single job and hands off to the next. Select any of them for what it does and where it sits.

06Working with Agent One

For Consulting Firms

You sell discovery every week. Deploy Agent One as your discovery engine — your client relationship, your methodology, your pricing — and run more engagements at greater depth without growing headcount.

07Common questions

The questions everyone asks first.

How is this different from hiring a consulting firm?

A consulting firm sends people to interview your stakeholders and write it up. Agent One runs that fieldwork directly, in parallel, and keeps every finding linked to the sentence that evidenced it. The human role shifts from interviewer and note-taker to strategic director. Many consulting firms run Agent One inside their own engagements.

What do stakeholders actually experience?

A professional interviewer available whenever they are, on the channel they already use — Teams, web voice, phone or text. One or two questions at a time, never a questionnaire. They can pause mid-thought on Tuesday and pick it up on Thursday without losing the thread.

Where does our data live?

In a dedicated Google Cloud project and VPC in an Australian region, isolated per engagement and locked there by organisation policy. It is never aggregated across clients, never used to train models, and can be exported or deleted on request. Model inference is the one thing that leaves: it runs through Google Cloud Vertex AI, and for models not served in Australia that processing happens in another Google Cloud region under Google’s data processing terms. The trust page has the detail.

How is it priced?

A setup fee and a discovery fee, quoted up front and fixed for the engagement, with optional agent build and subscription stages after. The quote reflects the scale and complexity of what you are mapping — process areas, depth, the size of the business. Nothing is metered after that, so an extra stakeholder or a longer conversation never changes the invoice.

How fast do we see something?

First findings typically land within the first week, and the console is live from day one. There is no waiting for a report — you watch coverage and findings accumulate as the interviews happen.
